Student Housing

Participating in WII’s program not only gives you an opportunity to gain professional skills and advance your education, but also to meet your peers from across the country and around the world. Sharing an apartment provides an instant “network,” helps you get to know your classmates, and often creates lasting friendships.

Most students choose to live in our housing. However, you may make your own housing arrangements if you wish.

The Crystal City MetroRail station is just a five-minute walk from the housing. As a result, our students now enjoy shorter and more cost-effective commutes than ever before. Depending on the location of your internship site, your commute may be as short as 15 minutes.

Location, Location, Location!

Choose WII’s housing and you’ll find yourself in a prime location: the Crystal City neighborhood of Arlington, Virginia.

WII’s housing is located within 5 miles of many popular destinations in the DC area, including the White House, U.S. Capitol, Smithsonian Institution, Kennedy Center, and Reagan Washington National Airport.
